Faster and More Efficient Consultations: Save Time and Money
We understand that it can be difficult for many patients to find the time and money for a trip to Novi Sad just for a consultation, which is why we introduced online consultations. Unlike in-office consultations, the online consultation is free and conducted without any waiting. After the online consultation, patients can immediately schedule an appointment for further treatment. This approach not only shortens the time patients spend in Novi Sad but also allows the procedure to begin as soon as they arrive at the clinic. International patients increasingly prefer online consultations as they significantly simplify collaboration with our team.
Choose Viber or WhatsApp
- You can send photos for the online consultation via WhatsApp or Viber. Before sending the images, please briefly introduce yourself and describe your issue in 1-2 sentences.
Take photos of your teeth
- Upper and lower tooth surfaces: The first two photos should show the surfaces of the teeth used for biting and chewing. These are the lower surfaces of the upper teeth and the upper surfaces of the lower teeth. For photographing the lower jaw, position the phone at nose level, while for the upper jaw, it should be at chin level.
- Semi-side photos: The next two photos should be taken in a semi-side position, in the most natural posture when your jaws are closed.
- Final photo: The last photo should show your natural bite from the front. Please note that many patients may experience overlapping in this photo.
How to take good photos?
- To take high-quality photos, use the highest resolution and the main camera of your phone. Avoid using the selfie or macro camera. It’s best if someone else takes the photos of your teeth. Use natural light and avoid using flash and shadows.
- When sending photos, it is recommended to send them in the highest resolution. WhatsApp is a better option than Viber as it does not reduce image quality.
Please send the orthopantomogram (OPG) image
- For the online consultation, it is preferable to provide an orthopantomogram (panoramic X-ray) along with the photos, but it is not mandatory. If you are unable to get an orthopantomogram in your country, you can have it taken when you arrive in Serbia. If you are getting dental X-rays abroad, make sure the X-ray includes the tooth roots.
- Please send the digital file of the X-ray via WhatsApp or Viber. Avoid sending photos of printed X-rays, as we won’t be able to see important details.
You will receive a treatment plan
- In a few days, usually within 48 hours, you will receive our detailed report on the condition of your teeth, as well as expert advice on the best course of action for your situation. Sometimes, we may offer two different solutions for your problem. Each option comes with a treatment plan that includes all necessary procedures and time intervals.
- After we send you the treatment plan, we can speak by phone or continue communication through messages to answer all your questions.
Scheduling an appointment
- Once we agree on the details of the procedure, the patient will receive the first available appointment or can choose from later dates that best suit their schedule.
- Upon arrival at the clinic, we will conduct an additional examination to ensure that the actual condition matches what we observed on the orthopantomogram and photos. In case of significant discrepancies from the condition determined during the online consultation, we will offer alternative options, but no patient will be turned away as every problem can be addressed.
- After the supplementary examination, we can immediately begin the procedure!
