Faster and More Efficient Consultations: Save Time and Money

We understand that many patients may find it difficult to spare time and money for a trip to Novi Sad just for a consultation, which is why we have introduced online consultations. Unlike in-office consultations, an online consultation is free and conducted without waiting. After the online consultation, patients can immediately schedule an appointment for further treatment. This approach not only shortens the time patients spend in Novi Sad but also allows the procedure to start as soon as they arrive at the clinic. Patients from abroad increasingly prefer online consultations as they significantly facilitate cooperation with our team.

TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR TEETH

Upper and lower surfaces of teeth: The first two photos should show the surfaces of the teeth used for biting and chewing. These are the lower surfaces of the upper teeth and the upper surfaces of the lower teeth. For capturing the lower jaw, position the phone at nose level, while for the upper jaw it should be at chin level.
Half-side photos: The next two photos should be in a half-side position, in the most natural position when you bring your jaws together.
Final photo: The last photo should show your natural bite from the front. Keep in mind that many patients may have overlapping in this photo.

TIP: HOW TO TAKE GOOD PHOTOS

To take quality photos, use the highest resolution and the main camera of your phone. Avoid using selfie or macro cameras. It is best if someone else takes the pictures of your teeth. Use natural light and avoid flash and shadows.

When sending photos, it is recommended to send them in the highest resolution. WhatsApp is a better option than Viber as it does not reduce image quality.

SEND PHOTOS AND ORTHOPAN

For the online consultation, it is preferable to provide an orthopan X-ray (panoramic X-ray) along with the photos, but it is not mandatory. If you are unable to obtain an orthopan X-ray in your country, you can get it done when you arrive in Serbia. If you have X-rays taken abroad, make sure the X-ray includes the tooth roots.

Send the digital file of the X-ray via WhatsApp or Viber. Avoid sending photos of printed X-rays as we will not be able to see important details.

RECEIVE A TREATMENT PLAN

In a few days, usually within 48 hours, you will receive our detailed report on the condition of your teeth, as well as a professional opinion on the best procedure for your situation. Sometimes we can offer two different solutions to your problem. Each option comes with a treatment plan that includes all necessary procedures and time intervals.

Once we send you the treatment plan, we can either call you or continue communication via messages to answer any questions you may have.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

After we agree on the details of the procedure, the patient will receive the first available appointment or can choose from later dates that best suit them.

Upon arrival at the clinic, we will conduct an additional examination to ensure that the actual condition matches what we saw on the

orthopan X-ray and photos. In case of significant deviations from the condition determined in the online consultation, we will offer alternative options, but no patient will be turned away as every problem can be solved.

After the additional examination, we can immediately start the procedure!
